Explore the advertising trends for 2017
Croatian companies have recognized the importance of marketing activities on digital platforms and showed the Digital Arena 2017 survey conducted by the digital marketing agency Inspiracija.com in cooperation with the business magazine Lider.
On average, 4 out of 5 respondents have announced the retention or growth of last year's budget.
The survey included 371 companies classified into four categories of business: services, trade, a combination of products and services, and companies whose business covers all of the above mentioned. More than 70% of respondents are owners and directors of companies and employees in the field of senior management.
Next year brings the retention or increase of last year's advertising budgets for the most significant number of respondents through media channels. This trend is directly related to the overall increase in economic activity in Croatia and the expected further growth of gross domestic product (GDP) of 3 percent.
On average, 4 out of 5 respondents have announced the retention or growth of last year's budget. It is realistic to expect an increase in the total marketing budget in 2017 through all media: television, press, radio, outdoor, and the Internet.
