Student internship at Inspiration Agency
Internship at Inspiration Agency has set the bar quite high for all of my future experiences. Exceptionally thought out program and good mentoring system have allowed me to gain first-hand experience from talented individuals and gain new valuable skills and knowledge.
In November 2018, I started my journey in digital marketing. Willing to take on new challenges and learn more, I applied for the Social Media Manager student internship, although I did not know much about marketing. That is the primary reason why the internship was exciting and challenging, and I could not even imagine everything that awaited.

During the three months of internship, I learned much about digital marketing and agency work culture. The work atmosphere was dynamic and motivating, but there was always time for fun too. I also have had a chance to collaborate with creative and proactive experts from who I have learned plenty.
The thing that surprised me the most was that I did not feel like an intern at any moment but an equal member of the team. That was especially obvious in the will and endeavor of others to make it easier for me to dive into the world of social media marketing and gain as many skills as possible. During my internship, I constantly received feedback and advice that have helped me adjust easily and become more successful. Although I have had three amazing mentors next to me at all times, I also had plenty of autonomy in everything I did.
As a Social Media Manager intern, I managed social media platforms, meaning I was responsible for creating content plans and community management. Creating new ideas and content for many clients from various industries required constant inspiration seeking and "out of the box "thinking about what made every day of the internship different and challenging. Besides, I have been included in a few team meetings and brainstormings, which helped me see another dynamic agency aspect.
In the end, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity because I have found my inspiration during the internship and am more aware of the path I want to take in my future career.
